ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ୫ରୁ ୧୫ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସର ପ୍ରତିଭାବାନ ଯୁବ କଳାକାରଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ନିକଟରେ ହୋଇଥିବା କଳା ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତାର ସଫଳତାର ସହିତ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଅଛି ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଅବିଶ୍ୱସନୀୟ ସୃଜନଶୀଳତା ଏବଂ କଳାତ୍ମକ ଅଭିବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା, ଯାହା ଉଦୀୟମାନ କଳାକାର ମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଏକ ପ୍ଲାଟଫର୍ମ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲା । ଏହାକୁ ସ୍ମରଣୀୟ ଉତ୍ସବ ରେ ପରିଣତ କରିଥିବାରୁ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣକାରୀ, ଅଭିଭାବକ ଏବଂ ସମର୍ଥକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ। ଆମର ପୁରସ୍କାର ବିତରଣ ସମାରୋହ, ଅସାଧାରଣ କଳାକୃତିକୁ ସମ୍ମାନିତ କରିବା, କେବଳ ସୃଜନଶୀଳତାକୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିନଥିଲା ବରଂ ଆମର ଯୁବ କଳାକାରମାନଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ପ୍ରେରଣା ଦେଇଥିଲା । ଅନନ୍ତ ବାସୁଦେବ ପାଠାଗାର ଭବିଷ୍ୟତରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏଭଳି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଆୟୋଜନ କରିବାକୁ ଯାଉଅଛି । ଏଥିରେ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବାକୁ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ ।
